Down another 1.4 pounds for a grand total of something like 27.2 pounds. Yay, me.
Picked up the Vanagon over the weekend. BH is quite excited about it which is totally fun to see. She puts herself last too often and I am not as good as I could be at saying, Honey, put yourself FIRST sometimes...
And FI has a tooth! It's just breaking through now. She was pretty cranky for a couple of days but I think it's not hurting so much now that it's broken the surface. She'll be four months old next weekend... a little early on this tooth thing. Already above average, har har.
Just finished reading Anne Lamott's Traveling Mercies this evening. I read it in part because my friend Melissa in Fairbanks recommended it. Really it was more like she flattered me by saying Anne Lamott reminds her of me... I had already read her Operating Instructions, a hilarious yet realistically gritty and desperate account of her induction to single motherhood. So anyway now I'm all thinking spiritual thoughts. Which I already was but more so. More on that later.
